Upgrading

Thinking about taking your campaigns to the next level? Upgrading plans will unlock more features so that you can keep your groups on track towards your objectives. Here’s what you need to know when upgrading your account:
 
  1. Visit stickk.com/myCampaigns/admin/changePlan (or click here) to review plans and pricing details 
  2. To select a plan, click Upgrade.
  3. Select your credit card on file or choose Add a New Card.
  4. Click Done to confirm the upgrade.
 
Upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan
Billing for the new plan will begin effective immediately and will automatically renew on each anniversary date until the plan is cancelled or changed. 
 
Upgrading a paid plan with the same billing frequency
We’ll credit your account the amount equal to any unused portion of your paid plan. You will immediately be billed for the remainder of the billing period at the new rate, less any applicable credits that are automatically applied.  Your billing renewal date will remain the same, and any unused credits will rollover to the next billing period. 
 
Upgrading a paid plan with a different billing frequency
We’ll credit your account the amount equal to any unused portion of your paid plan. You will immediately be billed the amount for the upgrade, less any applicable credits that are automatically applied.  Your new billing period will start on the day of the upgrade, and any unused credits will rollover to the next billing period. 
 

Downgrading

As an admin on an All-access or Pro account, you have the ability to downgrade your account at any time. Here’s what you need to know when downgrading:
 
  1. Visit stickk.com/myCampaigns/admin/changePlan to review plans and pricing details 
  2. To select a plan, click Downgrade.
  3. If applicable, select your credit card on file or choose Add a New Card.
  4. Click Done to confirm the downgrade.
 
Downgrading onto a free plan
We’ll credit your account the amount equal to any unused portion of your paid plan. Once the downgrade is confirmed, you will be put on the Basic plan and your most active Campaign, along with the 2 most active Commitments within that Campaign, will remain active. 
 
Downgrading a paid plan
We’ll credit your account the amount equal to any unused portion of your paid plan. You will immediately be billed the new amount, less any applicable credits that are automatically applied. Any unused credits will rollover to the next billing period. 
 
Once the downgrade is confirmed, your most active Campaigns, along with the most active Commitments within those Campaigns, will remain active. The number of Campaigns and Commitments kept active will depend on the limits of your new plan. 
 
 

Changing your plan’s billing frequency

stickK offers monthly and annual billing on the All-access and Pro plan. Here’s what you need to know when changing your billing frequency:
 
  1. Visit stickk.com/myCampaigns/admin/changePlan to review plans and pricing details 
  2. Locate your current plan and select Switch Billing Frequency.
  3. View the details of the change at Checkout.
  4. Select Done to confirm the switch.
 
We’ll credit your account the amount equal to any unused portion of your paid plan. You will immediately be billed the new amount, less any applicable credits that are automatically applied. Any unused credits will rollover to the next billing period.
