Deleting your stickK Together account

Welcome to the stickK Together Help Center! We understand that managing your digital presence and personal data is important. If you decide that you would like to delete your stickK Together account, we've made the process straightforward for you. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to delete your account.

Steps to Delete Your stickK Together Account:

  1. Open the App: Start by opening the stickK Together app on your device (iOS/Android)

  2. Navigate to the Contact Support Page: On the ⚙️ Settings menu, navigate to the 'Contact Support' page. This is where you can communicate any issues or requests directly to our support team.

  3. Select ‘Delete Account’ Option: In the Contact Support page, you will find a drop-down menu. Select the ‘Delete Account’ option from this menu. Enter a message in the text box below, and tap 'Send'

  4. Account Deletion Process: Upon confirmation, your request will be sent to our support team. StickK Together handles account deletion requests manually to ensure the security and proper handling of your data.

  5. Confirmation of Deletion: You should receive a confirmation of your account deletion request within 72 hours. This confirmation signifies that your request is being processed.

  • No Additional Confirmation Needed:
    Once you have confirmed your deletion request in the app, no further action is required from your side.

  • Participation in Research Studies: Deleting your stickK account does not automatically withdraw you from the Northwestern Research Study. You may still be contacted by the Northwestern Research Team for a brief follow-up survey. If you would like to be removed from any future research communications, or if you wish to have any data already collected from your survey responses and app activity deleted, please contact the research team directly at commitstudy@kellogg.northwestern.edu.
