Some people who report challenge success may be asked to complete an additional verification at a Quest Labs location.
- For weight loss challenges, Quest Labs verification consists of a monitored weigh-in.
- For smoking challenges, Quest Labs verification consists of a urine test screening for nicotine and cotinine, two chemicals found in tobacco products.
If you are asked to complete this type of verification, further instructions for locating your nearest Quest Labs location and scheduling your appointment will be emailed to you.
Once you’ve completed your verification at Quest Labs, upload a photo of your results to your Final Report.
If your Quest Labs results indicate that you have not acheived your goal, or if we do not receive them within 30 days, you will be recorded as failing your stickKTogether challenge, and your challenge payment will be updated accordingly.
If asked for in-person verification, payments will not be processed until this verification takes place.
