I’m not receiving stickK emails

If you aren’t receiving stickK emails, please check your notification settings. To get there, click on the drop-down arrow next to your profile photo in the upper right corner and select Account Settings and then Preferences.

If you have reviewed your Account Settings and are still not receiving stickK emails, please:

1) Check your spam/junk email filter

2) Add "web@stickk.com" to your email account's safe senders list

3) Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to make sure they are not blocking traffic from web@stickk.com
